Technical Support 2015 Learnership NQF5 Part.1

Time is very short and flies like the wind. It seemed like just yesterday when I was facilitating the Technical Support Learnership NQF5 in 2015. These are my students and I'd like to dedicate this photo show to them all. And say a note of thank you to you all for helping me fulfill my "life's Purpose". All was well that ended well. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of your career path. Thank you - God Bless you all a million times in the year 2020 and beyond.

Changing The Face of Our Country's Economy
You guys were an amazing group of students who could take pressure and I wish you all well into the future. Because, I know being a father figure was never easy for you, as it was for me. My attempts was to instill discipline and tough love. As the most difficult person to please, you did your best in the most trying of circumstances and I'm proud of you all. A few of you hated me, but the majority liked me. It's not unusual for love and hate to manifest and exist in the teaching environment. But hey, that's Life. Pictures do not lie. We had a great time together.

NQT5 Technical Support 2015 Gijima Learnership isaac khonjelwayo

This is just part.1 of a series of these photos and classroom memoirs dedicated to these young brilliant South African minds. The next lot i.e. batch will be coming soon.  Watch and read this blog to see and view my amazing updates of photos and videos. Thumbs up to all you guys and dolls. You proved to me that you can take a challenge and move on successfully in life. I hope where'ever you are - you are all doing well and coping to the best of your abilities.

Leadership Starts With You - Your Purpose Is To Prove Your Haters Wrong
I loved your resilience and style. Maybe i'm not as bad as you think. We all need pressure in life and work; to test our strength of character and determination. I'm that coach who knew which buttons to push to bring the best in you. To get results, and You DID IT! You will thank me one-day - when i'm gone. As a father and teacher, I hope you are better off than when I left you in 2015. Slowly make your mark in the workplace to become a champion of transformation. To take up a serious leadership role that will impact your environment and the workplace.

Make The World A Better Place - Than You Found It
Every class that I facilitated in my 26+ years in the corporate world was unique and special. The Class of 2015 is my highlight of the milestone in my training and development career. I hope you guys will impact the industry and South Africa as best as I tried. Make a difference and showcase your talent and dedication to your knowledge and job opportunities - that will come across your way.

This article and photo-show is my token of appreciation. It is something you can all cherish as a beautiful legacy to remember where we all came from. I am always recording history and never, take for granted every moment I spent in the temporary chambers of time in my existence. I am a simple record keeper of stories and events on my path. As a blogger, websites developer, newspapers producer, publisher of videos and podcasts creator. I hope our history will bear testimony of our travels on this planet. Your support, comments and follow to sharing this experience with others, will help me push the agenda of self development and progressive engagement with our youth.

Take Time To Capitalize On The Present & Record It's Magic Moments
Never forget to keep records of whence you came from. Reading history of our current affairs can only be reflected by our state of bad newspaper national News. What about your moments of achievements, trials and tribulations? What you placed on record for the next generation to learn and know will become the legacy of your existence to empower them. No one can be a better author other than yourself. Don't let anyone write it for you. Who knows what picture they're going to paint about your past if you don't take advantage of the time allotted to you now?

Take Your Education & Training - Beyond 2020
To a successful 2020 and beyond from Mr. Isaac Khonjelwayo I say to you - A Job Well Done. Keep the spirit of productivity alive; Dear Class of "Technical Support Learnership NQF5 of 2015". I am proud of you all. That is why I have kept this memoir alive and hope you will enjoy it and carry the baton forward with grace and care. Please leave your comments, share and subscribe.
Peace & Remain Blessed.

From Jungle to Paradise: Cultivating a Thriving South Africa for All

Introduction: The metaphors of "jungle" and "garden" aptly capture the current state and desired future of South Africa. A nation brimming with diverse potential, yet entangled in challenges, needs a transformative approach to unlock its true potential. This essay draws inspiration from "From Jungle to Garden: Transforming South Africa's Diversity into Productivity" while tailoring it to a broader vision: creating a "paradise" for every value-adding individual. The Melody of Breath is Only Limited to His Grace Enjoy Yourself While it Last

Ladies and gentlemen, seekers of wisdom and truth, In the realm of existence, where the ethereal dance of life unfolds, there exists a divine blessing so profound, so often overlooked, yet so wondrously essential – the blessing of breath. Allow me, in the spirit of Giving, to illuminate this sacred gift, this divine elixir that courses through our veins, connecting us to the very essence of existence. Behold, the breath, like a gentle zephyr, is the invisible tether that binds us to the universe's eternal rhythms. It is the manifestation of life's continuous symphony, a dance choreographed by the cosmos itself. As God might have said, " Breath is the music of our souls, the melody that harmonizes with the heartbeat of the universe ." Consider, for a moment, the first breath that graced your existence. In that singular, exquisite inhalation, you received the universe's gift of life. It was as though the cosmos whispered to you, " You are a part of this grand t...

Empty Handed The Next Day

In softness the spirit is hard and in hardness there is no spirit that is soft! Tough life is God’s love God’s love is life on the verge! If life is earned in good faith and through honest hard efforts Success and Rewards should be celebrated with the same spirit without trying to steal from the Creator! Our greatest moments on earth are best expressed and remembered through our native silent language Our tears of joy! To know we can over-come To be grateful that we are humans is to honour the confidence of Archangels who bestowed upon us with the crown to be Kings and Queens of this creation With this responsibility we should act and respect the part that we play Lest we perish empty-handed the next day And disgrace the titles and names we carry on our heads and shoulders Be a responsible leader and account for your good and bad deeds Other smaller species in creation and citizens in dire need look up to you for inspiration, guidance and protection ...

Connect Your Congregation With Your Radio Podcast

Churches in South Africa will sooner or later be forced to join the Audio Streaming Mobile Technology if they want to keep their Gospel and Religious Teaching business alive. When Nigerian churches and pastors came to South Africa, likes of Pastor Chris of " Christ Embassy " they changed and took the landscape of religion and preaching to a different level. Old School Churches in the townships lost charm in their message and to their core religious teachings and they paid a price to fill and keep their benches full and members coming to their churches. Their buildings became half-empty and ghost like silhouette of a lost cause. These are the likes of; The Anglican church, The Roman Catholic, Presbyterian, Nazareth to name just a few and other common popular mainstream churches of our time. These churches became dinosaurs and monuments of history that was fading fast in the pages of time. People Want Spiritual Knowledge & Not Religious Indoctrination Yet, today...
