Technical Support 2015 Learnership NQF5 Part.1

Time is very short and flies like the wind. It seemed like just yesterday when I was facilitating the Technical Support Learnership NQF5 in 2015. These are my students and I'd like to dedicate this photo show to them all. And say a note of thank you to you all for helping me fulfill my "life's Purpose". All was well that ended well. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of your career path. Thank you - God Bless you all a million times in the year 2020 and beyond.

Changing The Face of Our Country's Economy
You guys were an amazing group of students who could take pressure and I wish you all well into the future. Because, I know being a father figure was never easy for you, as it was for me. My attempts was to instill discipline and tough love. As the most difficult person to please, you did your best in the most trying of circumstances and I'm proud of you all. A few of you hated me, but the majority liked me. It's not unusual for love and hate to manifest and exist in the teaching environment. But hey, that's Life. Pictures do not lie. We had a great time together.

NQT5 Technical Support 2015 Gijima Learnership isaac khonjelwayo

This is just part.1 of a series of these photos and classroom memoirs dedicated to these young brilliant South African minds. The next lot i.e. batch will be coming soon.  Watch and read this blog to see and view my amazing updates of photos and videos. Thumbs up to all you guys and dolls. You proved to me that you can take a challenge and move on successfully in life. I hope where'ever you are - you are all doing well and coping to the best of your abilities.

Leadership Starts With You - Your Purpose Is To Prove Your Haters Wrong
I loved your resilience and style. Maybe i'm not as bad as you think. We all need pressure in life and work; to test our strength of character and determination. I'm that coach who knew which buttons to push to bring the best in you. To get results, and You DID IT! You will thank me one-day - when i'm gone. As a father and teacher, I hope you are better off than when I left you in 2015. Slowly make your mark in the workplace to become a champion of transformation. To take up a serious leadership role that will impact your environment and the workplace.

Make The World A Better Place - Than You Found It
Every class that I facilitated in my 26+ years in the corporate world was unique and special. The Class of 2015 is my highlight of the milestone in my training and development career. I hope you guys will impact the industry and South Africa as best as I tried. Make a difference and showcase your talent and dedication to your knowledge and job opportunities - that will come across your way.

This article and photo-show is my token of appreciation. It is something you can all cherish as a beautiful legacy to remember where we all came from. I am always recording history and never, take for granted every moment I spent in the temporary chambers of time in my existence. I am a simple record keeper of stories and events on my path. As a blogger, websites developer, newspapers producer, publisher of videos and podcasts creator. I hope our history will bear testimony of our travels on this planet. Your support, comments and follow to sharing this experience with others, will help me push the agenda of self development and progressive engagement with our youth.

Take Time To Capitalize On The Present & Record It's Magic Moments
Never forget to keep records of whence you came from. Reading history of our current affairs can only be reflected by our state of bad newspaper national News. What about your moments of achievements, trials and tribulations? What you placed on record for the next generation to learn and know will become the legacy of your existence to empower them. No one can be a better author other than yourself. Don't let anyone write it for you. Who knows what picture they're going to paint about your past if you don't take advantage of the time allotted to you now?

Take Your Education & Training - Beyond 2020
To a successful 2020 and beyond from Mr. Isaac Khonjelwayo I say to you - A Job Well Done. Keep the spirit of productivity alive; Dear Class of "Technical Support Learnership NQF5 of 2015". I am proud of you all. That is why I have kept this memoir alive and hope you will enjoy it and carry the baton forward with grace and care. Please leave your comments, share and subscribe.
Peace & Remain Blessed.

Naturena P. School Urgent Call for Action: Ensuring Safety and Order in Our Neighborhood

Dear Naturena Primary School, Principal, Parents, JMPD, Councillor, SGB, and School Transport Drivers, I pen this letter with a heavy heart and a sense of urgency, imploring all stakeholders to heed the call for immediate action regarding the safety and well-being of our community, particularly around the vicinity of Corner Vesting and Malta Streets NATURENA near the UJ student residences . For far too long, our neighborhood has been plagued by a myriad of issues that compromise the safety, cleanliness, and tranquility of our surroundings. For years now, concerned residents and parents have been raising alarm bells regarding the chaos and disorder that ensue during peak hours, especially in the mornings and after school hours. The situation has reached a tipping point, with our streets congested by school transport vehicles, children left vulnerable to potential accidents, and our once-pristine gardens littered with refuse and discarded sweets. If You Were In My Shoes - Would'nt ...

My Political Contribution To South Africa's Liberation Against Apartheid Struggle

My Political Contribution of Art Exhibitions To South Africa's  Liberation Against Apartheid Struggle. Isaac Khonjelwayo Paintings and Art Collection reminisce the fight against Apartheid - Since 1976. On my arrival at the South African refugee camp I was received and hosted by Mr. Lefifi Tladi  & Khush. Lefifi was from Garankuwa and Khush, his colleague as I had known him came from Soweto somewhere in Tladi or Naledi. They were custodians and important political hosts who connected local guys with overseas escape travels and routes to Africa and parts of USA, Canada and UK. They showed me around the camp and who was who from South Africa in Gaborone - Botswana. The camp was truly a place of solace for these youth who got displaced in the capsule of time. I was relieved to see my cousin Simon Kgasi, he too was shocked to see me. Lefifi Tladi and Khush interviewed me to establish my plan and intentions for coming to Botswana. They explained the rules and conditions...

Talent Search To Reduce High Unemployment Rate In South Africa For Struggling Citizens

South Africa's job marketing, prospects for in 2021 was a bad and serious issue that continues to affect our economy. A majority of our South African unemployed citizens have talent that is underutilized. Some of their gift's and potential is slowly decaying. I guess this might be because of laziness or poor advise from peers. Lack of mentorships and guidance from proactive teachers, parents, schools and adults.  Complacency and poor judgement about the future has affected their point of view to align themselves with world needs, to cope. Let alone mixing with a bad company to end addiction. Nigerians and Pakistanis' spaza shops drug peddling has taken root and control of our environments. The government doesn't even care to address this serious social maladjustment issue. Unemployed Talent Search   Statistics of Unemployment In South Africa, Requires A New Way of Hustling To Gain Favour From The "Gods".    Other reasons for complacency, could simply be; poor ...

South Africans Are The Only People To Decide The Fate of Our Politics

South Africans Are The Only People To Decide The Fate of Our Political Landscape…  We need a different plan for South Africa all together, to create an equal opportunity and fair distribution of wealth and job opportunities for all our legitimate citizens. Those who are in positions of power and authority should do something right for the first time for the country and alter the cause of history in the hands of the failing ANC. We can conform to complacency and become redundant as a people; or we can begin to challenge convention – through an intelligent conversation or; we can move against the grain to save the country from calamity, corruption and junk status – even let it R.I.P. Is The Country S.A. Also Part Of The Curse By The Gods? This means we become a replica of Zimbabwe and those ailing African States that are facing similar challenges of leadership malnutrition to visual impairment to read the future and save themselves from their own self-engineered demise. The...
