Waves Of Turbulent Waters Art

Waves of turbulent waters art, by Isaac Khonjelwayo. Isaac has not exhibited his works before except in his house in Diepkloof Soweto to try attract interested art lovers and buyers, poor attendance made him retreat from his sacred pastime love of drawing. In the meantime he continued to draw until he felt the climate was conducive for him to start exhibiting.

Mr. I. Khonjelwayo contributed a collection of his large paintings as a donation to ANC comrades who skipped the country in 1976 to settle in Botswana. His paintings went on auctioned to raise funds in Botswana’s Russian Embassy. A group of South African ANC and PAC comrades had to skip Botswana from South Africa’s notorious BOSS (Bureau Of State Security) which pursued and hunted all political activists to be brought back to the country to face persecution or torture.

The theme of this album is called “Waves of turbulent waters” these were the early days of my art works from 1975 to late 80’s. Life in South Africa was tough and bitter-sweet even though a majority of political organizations were banned.

I was caught in the cross roads not too sure of my direction in art. Nevertheless I was also interested in woodcarving and sculpture, I wish I had spend enough time on wood carving, but somehow lost interest. These art works represent my unconscious effort to try paint anything that came to my mine.

Now, that the country is free, there is poverty and depression which has lead to the decline in Job Opportunities for our youth. Communities have been displaced since the current ruling party "The ANC", was unable to rule and create jobs. Crime is high, and people and children need HELP and caring. Corruption in government is high and service delivery collapsing.

South Africans Are The Only People To Decide The Fate of Our Politics

South Africans Are The Only People To Decide The Fate of Our Political Landscape…  We need a different plan for South Africa all together, to create an equal opportunity and fair distribution of wealth and job opportunities for all our legitimate citizens. Those who are in positions of power and authority should do something right for the first time for the country and alter the cause of history in the hands of the failing ANC. We can conform to complacency and become redundant as a people; or we can begin to challenge convention – through an intelligent conversation or; we can move against the grain to save the country from calamity, corruption and junk status – even let it R.I.P. Is The Country S.A. Also Part Of The Curse By The Gods? This means we become a replica of Zimbabwe and those ailing African States that are facing similar challenges of leadership malnutrition to visual impairment to read the future and save themselves from their own self-engineered demise. The...

South African 1994 Voters Are To Blame for ANC Failed Leadership.

South African 1994 Voters Are To Blame for ANC Failed Leadership. Here’s why in an alternate reality, South Africa emerged from the shackles of apartheid in 1994 with a remarkable transformation. Instead of the tumultuous path it actually took, South Africa embarked on a journey of unparalleled prosperity and progress. The African National Congress (ANC), imbued with Marxist ideals and trained in the art of political guerrilla warfare, found themselves at the helm of a nation teeming with potential. Despite their lack of practical experience in governance and economic management, the ANC possessed an unwavering belief in their ability to steer South Africa towards a utopian future. They envisioned a land of abundance, where the fruits of labour were shared equitably, and every citizen enjoyed a life of dignity and fulfilment. Undeterred by their critics, who dismissed their vision as idealistic and unrealistic, the ANC set about implementing their grand plan. They nationalised key indu...

The Paradox of Idealism a Country run by Gangsters

The Consequences of Inexperienced Marxists Governing a Successful Nation. In the complex world of politics and economics, paradoxes often emerge when ideals clash with the practicalities of governance. Imagine a scenario where a group of political organizations passionately fights against a system that discriminates against one racial group, advocating for equality and justice. However, this group lacks the necessary training and experience to run a country effectively and is deeply entrenched in Marxist and Communist ideologies. What happens when such a group takes control of a successful nation and clings to these ideals long after they should have evolved or adapted? Let's delve into the consequences of this paradox for those unfamiliar with the nuances of politics, economics, communism, and capitalism. The Paradox Imagine a political group that champions the cause of ending discrimination and inequality, yet possesses little to no training or experience in running a country...

From Jungle to Paradise: Cultivating a Thriving South Africa for All

Introduction: The metaphors of "jungle" and "garden" aptly capture the current state and desired future of South Africa. A nation brimming with diverse potential, yet entangled in challenges, needs a transformative approach to unlock its true potential. This essay draws inspiration from "From Jungle to Garden: Transforming South Africa's Diversity into Productivity" while tailoring it to a broader vision: creating a "paradise" for every value-adding individual. Beyond Manifestos: Understanding the Human Soil Manifestos alone are insufficient. We must delve deeper, analyzing the quality of individuals attracted by each party and their citizen empowerment programs. This is crucial, for a fertile "garden" requires diverse, skilled, and engaged citizens. International Investment: Nourishing the Growth South Africa's journey to paradise cannot be undertaken alone. International financial investment is vital, but simply attracting ...
