More About The People's Dialogue With Herman Mashaba

More about The People's Dialogue by DA ex-Mayor of Johannesburg Mr. Herman Mashaba.
Solution No.46 is my small talk of the millennium country challenges. Where I share with you other alternative ways to help our people to grow and to reach their full potential. South Africa is not the same anymore and our people have lost faith and confidence in the ANC & DA government. We need a new breed of leadership and community initiatives to inspire a new revolution of free thinkers to liberate our people from “group mentality and control". Individuals who can read and write, and not only show and tell, but "do it an prove it".

We need leaders and people who can lead by example and make positive contributions to our institutions of government. Rewrite and redefine a new dawn and paradigm thinking if change is what the citizens want and not politicians' wishes. Current radio and broadcasting systems and political parties have become complacent and the public broadcasters do not have enough space to accommodate everyone's' voice.

We Need To Clean Up South Africa - Like Botswana & Swaziland
Therefore, we need to stand up and represent our own ideals, be it in education, job creation, technology or religious groups especially entrepreneurship and education. People and religions to stand up and take full responsibility for the future we want to see happen. (The space for this to happen is overcrowded by foreign nationals). We never had a chance to find ourselves or redefine our freedom after 1994. To chart a collective path for all citizens to equally benefit from the countries resources and existing opportunities.

Life is a canvas where individuals can draw the landscape of their dreams and visions to a beautiful Kaleidoscope of their own grand designs. We have to “BE” alive to remain in control of our destiny. Rain or Shine! This is the order of our destiny as a people and how it was meant to operate. Love it, and we can dance with wolves to prove we're brave humans and can "defend our rights against invasion of privacy" or we can complain and demand respect without earning it. In which case this will defy our hopes and defeat our purpose to discover our self worth of life’s hidden and limitless possibilities. At least individuals who have business skills and practical existing knowledge of how companies operate and have themselves proven to own at least an SMME.

The time is not tomorrow, but now. Use our talents and skills, knowledge and corporate work experiences to make the country a better place for those who live and belong in it. If God should want to bless South Africa and all people who live in it – It should be for the right reasons and not selfish motives. Our current status as a country was set on a wrong foundation and precedence  of corrupt government officials of ANC, who have destroyed our hopes and dreams in the process of defeating Apartheid.

We need new dreamers and leaders from responsible communities. Men and women to steer the future of our homes and country with dignity, good news, and clarity of purpose. By being good role models of integrity our society can depend on. Good husbands and wives or true leaders are hard to find, yet they exist among us. We need fathers who will protect their wives, daughters and grandchildren against abuse and molestation by shady dark acquaintances of a bad companionship.

Our nation needs brave men and women to take up the baton of the countries' government values to fight a curse of poor leadership and corruption and maladministration of municipalities financial abuse. To inspire hope and confidence to our youth and the nation to rise and be counted in the global map of countries that build good moral values and contribute to the human-race development.

South Africa can prove the world wrong about who we really are as a people if we unite and stand for a good cause. This is one of them. We must have honest credible men and women who can lead and guide our youth with humility, integrity and dignity. To unify our nations' spirit and the soul of our families and the economy to strive for the best and to thrive as good citizens.

We should find men and women with strong determination to challenge a bad negative history of our society into a promising mystery full of a good positive vibes and optimism! Embrace leaders who speak from the heart and mean what they say. Men who stand by their words with conviction to honor and touch every pore of our soul as they fill us with hope when trauma envelopes our society with doubts and dark despair the nation is facing today.

Our new South African motto should be for "God To Bless South Africa And All People Who Live in It". And this principle be preceded by a people's self declaration introspection commitment, that states: "It is not what God can do for Us - But what We can do with the God that is INSIDE us". Everything should start with personal clarity of purpose and self determination and not entitlement to own everything we do not even deserve. Everything in life should be earned with honesty and integrity.

Naturena P. School Urgent Call for Action: Ensuring Safety and Order in Our Neighborhood

Dear Naturena Primary School, Principal, Parents, JMPD, Councillor, SGB, and School Transport Drivers, I pen this letter with a heavy heart and a sense of urgency, imploring all stakeholders to heed the call for immediate action regarding the safety and well-being of our community, particularly around the vicinity of Corner Vesting and Malta Streets NATURENA near the UJ student residences . For far too long, our neighborhood has been plagued by a myriad of issues that compromise the safety, cleanliness, and tranquility of our surroundings. For years now, concerned residents and parents have been raising alarm bells regarding the chaos and disorder that ensue during peak hours, especially in the mornings and after school hours. The situation has reached a tipping point, with our streets congested by school transport vehicles, children left vulnerable to potential accidents, and our once-pristine gardens littered with refuse and discarded sweets. If You Were In My Shoes - Would'nt ...

The Melody of Breath is Only Limited to His Grace Enjoy Yourself While it Last

Ladies and gentlemen, seekers of wisdom and truth, In the realm of existence, where the ethereal dance of life unfolds, there exists a divine blessing so profound, so often overlooked, yet so wondrously essential – the blessing of breath. Allow me, in the spirit of Giving, to illuminate this sacred gift, this divine elixir that courses through our veins, connecting us to the very essence of existence. Behold, the breath, like a gentle zephyr, is the invisible tether that binds us to the universe's eternal rhythms. It is the manifestation of life's continuous symphony, a dance choreographed by the cosmos itself. As God might have said, " Breath is the music of our souls, the melody that harmonizes with the heartbeat of the universe ." Consider, for a moment, the first breath that graced your existence. In that singular, exquisite inhalation, you received the universe's gift of life. It was as though the cosmos whispered to you, " You are a part of this grand t...

Mzansi - Allegory of the Broken Crown

Allegory of the Broken Crown In the beginning, South Africa was carved as a jewel from the bones of the earth. Her rivers were veins of gold, her mountains altars of stone, her people the chorus of a thousand tongues. She was crowned with promise, a queen among nations. But thieves crept into her palace. They wore the robes of leaders, yet their hands were stained with hunger for power. They feasted at her table, not as guardians but as gangsters. They drank her wine, squandered her treasures, and laughed as her children starved. The crown slipped, not because it was stolen, but because it was neglected. The Parliament became a theatre — a hall of mirrors where questions were asked but never answered. The mayor, the ministers, the councillors: all actors in a play where accountability was a ghost. The people watched, weary, knowing the script by heart. The interrogations were rituals of smoke, not fire. Yet beneath the rot, the prophets whispered. They saw two futures: The Gangste...

Technical Support 2015 Learnership NQF5 Part.1

Time is very short and flies like the wind. It seemed like just yesterday when I was facilitating the Technical Support Learnership NQF5 in 2015. These are my students and I'd like to dedicate this photo show to them all. And say a note of thank you to you all for helping me fulfill my "life's Purpose". All was well that ended well. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to have been part of your career path. Thank you - God Bless you all a million times in the year 2020 and beyond. Changing The Face of Our Country's Economy You guys were an amazing group of students who could take pressure and I wish you all well into the future. Because, I know being a father figure was never easy for you, as it was for me. My attempts was to instill discipline and tough love. As the most difficult person to please, you did your best in the most trying of circumstances and I'm proud of you all. A few of you hated me, but the majority liked me. It's not unusual...

City of Johannesburg Money Laundering Schem

City of Johannesburg Money Laundering Schem The Futility of Interrogations.  When parliament summons a mayor like Dada Morero to “account” for billions written off, it performs a ritual more than a reckoning. It is theatre: the appearance of oversight without the substance of consequence. In a system where corruption rarely leads to removal, prosecution, or restitution, the interrogation becomes a hollow drumbeat — noise without rhythm. The lesson the mayor learns is not accountability, but endurance: how to sit through questioning, how to deflect, how to survive until the next scandal eclipses the current one. The Nation’s Lesson South Africans watching this charade absorb a bitter truth: corruption has become normalized, qualifications are irrelevant, and loyalty to party outweighs competence. The nation learns cynicism, resignation, and distrust. The image projected to the world is of a country where governance is a masquerade, where municipalities are staffed by the unqua...
