Owner Repairs To A Bad Business Practice Of Naturena Fiber Optics Installations

It is not a good thing for Naturena Homeowners to continue complaining about repairs to paving unattended to by mTelecoms Contractors Fiber Optics cable digging since this project was started over two months ago.

The cleaning and tiding up processes.
It takes more than courage to complain, but guts and tolerance to take such abuse from South African Black Businesses who claim - they have what it takes to deliver a professional service.
Homeowners who take the bull by its horns are now sick and tired of this abuse and poor responses from mTelecoms feedback since this complaint was lodged over a week ago. The first complaint was this article dated -

Cost Of Repairs To Homeowner & Expenses Liability
It takes two to tango, but mTelecoms seems to refuse the responsibility to oversee or respond to my initial plea and request to fix my driveway. It is over two weeks now since this issue was take up with them. So far there's is not response or feedback to address my problem.

The final touches to a bad job.
I have taken it upon myself to try fix this problem simply because I want to sell this property and get it into a proper shape and equitable good return for my investment. To date I could not find any joy or pleasure in trying to address it with relevant business responsible for this. All I could do was my best to get it closer to what it was originally if not better.

This came at a price for my deliberate attempts to fix it. (Poor Service Delivery is Travesty of Justices). isn't it?
This is the latest photos of what I have done to get my driveway and side garden fixed, cleaned and tidied up.  If poor repairs by this company and poor after sales service is not travesty of justice, than I don't know what is. My family and the rest of the residents I spoke with are all very angry and uptight with the behaviour and attitude of this contractor.

Again I Will Reiterate To Put My Message Across Loud & Clear.
A Business Without Compassion And Accountability - It's Like Hiring A Blind Man To Drive A Car That Won't Reach It's Desired Destination Safe and Sound.
  • It is about fixing our broken moral conscience barometer. To correct errors created by past bad leaders and managers who failed to lead by example, of running businesses by treating customers as king, instead of ignorant "ATM" cash-cows.
  • It should be about rebuilding a country; equally to be enjoyed by all who put their blood, sweat and tears to it. To flourish and to benefit anyone who adds value to its economic growth and development in a responsible way.
  • It should be remembered for it's rise from despair during and before 1994, where our aspirations and the soul of our nation was unified to conquer the evils of Apartheid.
  • It should be about our capabilities as credible business people and entrepreneurs, who can deliver exceptional quality services without political meddling, greed and selfishness. To help those who deserve better, if not! Offer unconditional support without exploitation or prejudice.
  • It should be about recognizing and expressing our deep creative God given talents and abilities to serve and follow our voice of reason and intuition. To indiscriminately empower our clients through expertise we all fought to enjoy within this democracy.
  • To raise the bar of our spiritual consciousness; in the realization of what possibilities of unlimited wealth creation lay ahead of us, to what we can all collectively contribute and do together for others. Without promoting indulgence to self-righteousness of party political lines.
Live and "Let Live" in keeping  a smile of hope on faces of those who are more deserving to our talents and offerings. Brighten the trials and tribulations of broken spirits; of individual's and people who are struggling to find their feet in prosperity and happy-homes. So that; they too can glow like stars they were born to become. LIKE THIS PROJECT HERE

My Political Contribution To South Africa's Liberation Against Apartheid Struggle

My Political Contribution of Art Exhibitions To South Africa's  Liberation Against Apartheid Struggle. Isaac Khonjelwayo Paintings and Art Collection reminisce the fight against Apartheid - Since 1976. On my arrival at the South African refugee camp I was received and hosted by Mr. Lefifi Tladi  & Khush. Lefifi was from Garankuwa and Khush, his colleague as I had known him came from Soweto somewhere in Tladi or Naledi. They were custodians and important political hosts who connected local guys with overseas escape travels and routes to Africa and parts of USA, Canada and UK. They showed me around the camp and who was who from South Africa in Gaborone - Botswana. The camp was truly a place of solace for these youth who got displaced in the capsule of time. I was relieved to see my cousin Simon Kgasi, he too was shocked to see me. Lefifi Tladi and Khush interviewed me to establish my plan and intentions for coming to Botswana. They explained the rules and conditions...

Potential Naturena Primary Transport Accident - Post 2000

It doesn't take a fool to know and to read between the lines or see signs of danger when children together with adults ignore Joburg City By-law   street signs and simple road safety precautions to avoid a major disaster.  For the last past 20 years I watched and observed Naturena School children, their siblings, mothers, motorists, taxi drivers, brothers and little sisters; cross the road toward the school without observing the stop signs and cross roads rules. Slowly It Builds Up Like A Preparation - For A Terrible Potential Disaster Waiting To Happen: Malta, Natuur and Vesting street in Naturena are high traffic congested roads in the mornings from 06:00 a.m. and 13:30 p.m. In between during the day you have taxis driving like crazy rogues not observing and adhering to the stop signs. From 03:00 pm to 06:00 p.m. it picks up again with afternoon traffic madness of homeowners coming back from work. Residents too do not seem to care much about safety and precaution...

Dear Naturena Primary School, Principal, Parents, JMPD, Councillor, SGB, and School Transport Drivers, I pen this letter with a heavy heart and a sense of urgency, imploring all stakeholders to heed the call for immediate action regarding the safety and well-being of our community, particularly around the vicinity of Corner Vesting and Malta Streets NATURENA near the UJ student residences . For far too long, our neighborhood has been plagued by a myriad of issues that compromise the safety, cleanliness, and tranquility of our surroundings. For years now, concerned residents and parents have been raising alarm bells regarding the chaos and disorder that ensue during peak hours, especially in the mornings and after school hours. The situation has reached a tipping point, with our streets congested by school transport vehicles, children left vulnerable to potential accidents, and our once-pristine gardens littered with refuse and discarded sweets. If You Were In My Shoes - Would'nt ...

Rising from the Ashes: A Call to Rebuild South Africa

The Crossroads of Hope and Despair Dear fellow South African Citizens I sit and write on my computer today, not as a great leader, but as a humble voice, echoing the dreams of those who came before us. Our beloved South Africa finds itself at a crossroads, where the shadows of despair threaten to engulf the light of hope. The ANC, once a symbol of liberation, has faltered, and our nation stands on the precipice of a calamity. But let us remember, even in the darkest of hours, that the power to change lies within us, the sons and daughters of this magnificent land. We are the architects of our destiny, and together, we can salvage and save our beloved nation. Ubuntu: The Spirit of Togetherness First, let us unite as one people, transcending the divisions that have plagued us. Let us remember the spirit of Ubuntu, for in unity, we find strength. No matter your background, race, or creed, we are all South Africans, bound by a shared dream of prosperity and peace. Education: The Key to Our...
