Talent Search To Reduce High Unemployment Rate In South Africa For Struggling Citizens

South Africa's job marketing, prospects for in 2021 was a bad and serious issue that continues to affect our economy. A majority of our South African unemployed citizens have talent that is underutilized. Some of their gift's and potential is slowly decaying. I guess this might be because of laziness or poor advise from peers. Lack of mentorships and guidance from proactive teachers, parents, schools and adults.

Complacency and poor judgement about the future has affected their point of view to align themselves with world needs, to cope. Let alone mixing with a bad company to end addiction. Nigerians and Pakistanis' spaza shops drug peddling has taken root and control of our environments. The government doesn't even care to address this serious social maladjustment issue.

Unemployed Talent Search

Statistics of Unemployment In South Africa, Requires A New Way of Hustling To Gain Favour From The "Gods".

Other reasons for complacency, could simply be; poor creative hustling ability and proper skills to rise above these challenges. Challenge is good and it is a measure of divine intervention to test and shape our resilience for capacity to bring out the best in all of us.

Until everyone can begin to tap into this creative unlimited force of life, to be the best God wants us to be! Few, if any will not reach their full potential to realize their goals. This talent that every person possesses in different forms, is our greatest asset. It should be used as a full time tool, for self-reliance, not to depend on anyone to experience our lives to the fullest.

To tap into this amazing potential energy to alter our destiny for every other unemployed or inactive citizen; we must understand that "Life" was not meant to be a "walk-in-the-park". Otherwise, what will be the purpose of motivation to dream - if everything was easy?

Learn To Earn A Living Earnestly & Not Depend Too Much On Government or Stealing

I do not believe continuous handouts to sustain any individual social grants of a country for the youth; in a long run is the ultimate solution to substitute unemployment for a dependency syndrome. Companies and Government must offer alternative permanent job creation opportunities, for people to add value to society and appreciate their self-worth for being employed.

We Need Youth Employment Service Program

Projects like "Shoes & Sneakers Comedy Cartel" to develop creative talent and life skills should be part of our education curriculum. Entrepreneurship must be taught at high schools as a compulsory foundation course. This will prepare students for vocational training, instead of limiting their scope of interest and development to pursue academic studies.

This basically is how you prepare a developing nation into self-reliance, on skills development to kick-start small business initiatives to grow the economy.
High Unemployment rate in South Africa
The only way to realize our true potential as a nation is to become successful individuals in our own rights. To improve our technical and vocational creative skills and talents, is a wise investment in human capital development vision and the national plan.

We need skills that are exportable and will not restrict individuals from finding job opportunities outside of South Africa. Placing race, colour, gender and religion or nepotism impediments in employing citizens; is prejudice to their abilities to deliver better skills with qualifications, to employers. This is a deceitful attempt to undermine the rights of serious qualified and credible job seekers to earn an honest living.
Trevor Noah, Elon Musk, Charlize Theron, Bonang Matheba and many other S.A. celebrities who left the country for overseas greener pastures; is reason why our country is lacking in talent to create and manufacture our own S.A. brands to export abroad. I'll be the next to follow.
The UK, USA, Canada and European countries is where aspiring individuals with tongue and cheek need to focus their attention, goals and ambitions. To prepare, thrive and build legacies for themselves. This is how we can begin to set high standards for professional personal achievements. Setting high standards is not an option, but a necessary tool for our follow-up succession planning.

Here Are The Reasons Why It Is Important To Decrease The High Percentage of Unemployment In South Africa

  1. Investing in a personal development skills or course to compete locally or internationally will require more than just a matric certificate or an engineering degree to rise above potential future challenges.
  2. Soft-skills are needed too, because they compliment technical skills. This creates a balance of needs in the creation and development of products, through effective communication to deliver better market share internationally .
  3. The world is changing at a pace where old education systems are becoming redundant and will not accommodate us into the future where new technologies will require us to cope.
  4. This means both government and the private sector should aggressively introduce new technology programs. This should support initiatives to train and absorb new employees into a demanding ecommerce space.
  5. Individuals who are unemployed and seeking jobs in a dwindling South African economy stand no chance to survive now or into the future. They'll need to shift their attitudes in order to cope and embrace change to compete local or internationally.
  6. With outdated and stifled knowledge or education paradigm that has no relevance to a changing job market place. New skills are paramount and required to keep citizens active, productive and employable, for our lives to have a meaningful purpose.
  7. Employment agencies are controlled by skills audit needs of Corporate B2B support plans. Skills should be matched with human resources capacity, to meet global standards, and relevance for  businesses to stay in business.
  8. In short; every person or business needs to be relevant to the changing tides and needs of our times. So are citizens and people seeking jobs, to enjoy rewards for their hard earned skills.
  9. If you want a stake in any economy; regardless of education, race, age, gender or status quo to be happy and satisfied, keep up with change or remain premitive.
  10. Alternatively update your skills, knowledge and education, change you lifestyle to stay relevant to the job market, and the needs of our current technologies, industries and time.

If we become complacent or too confident we will become redundant, like old clothes. This approach leaves our unemployed youth and citizens little room or choice to compete. But, a feeling of  despondence to try any other employment options, because labor market trends 2020 results for job seekers is bleak.

The only choice left to scavenge and survive into the future to earn a healthy decent successful living, is to learn to hustle beyond self-pity. But, to take up new technology education skills and opportunities to challenge our South African outdated education curriculum system. To jump beyond this kind of obstacles and barriers of self-limiting concepts, is to differentiate oneself from mediocrity.

This attitude requires a person with an extraordinary courage. An inquiring mind, with a point of view larger than life. To follow a positive ambition that will make ANYONE stay above the water when EVERYONE is drowning in the sea of confusion; is a path less traveled by average South African citizens or youth for that matter.

Potential Naturena Primary Transport Accident - Post 2000

It doesn't take a fool to know and to read between the lines or see signs of danger when children together with adults ignore Joburg City By-law   street signs and simple road safety precautions to avoid a major disaster.  For the last past 20 years I watched and observed Naturena School children, their siblings, mothers, motorists, taxi drivers, brothers and little sisters; cross the road toward the school without observing the stop signs and cross roads rules. Slowly It Builds Up Like A Preparation - For A Terrible Potential Disaster Waiting To Happen: Malta, Natuur and Vesting street in Naturena are high traffic congested roads in the mornings from 06:00 a.m. and 13:30 p.m. In between during the day you have taxis driving like crazy rogues not observing and adhering to the stop signs. From 03:00 pm to 06:00 p.m. it picks up again with afternoon traffic madness of homeowners coming back from work. Residents too do not seem to care much about safety and precaution...

Rising from the Ashes: A Call to Rebuild South Africa

The Crossroads of Hope and Despair Dear fellow South African Citizens I sit and write on my computer today, not as a great leader, but as a humble voice, echoing the dreams of those who came before us. Our beloved South Africa finds itself at a crossroads, where the shadows of despair threaten to engulf the light of hope. Ubuntu: The Spirit of Togetherness First, let us unite as one people, transcending the divisions that have plagued us. Let us remember the spirit of Ubuntu, for in unity, we find strength.
